Shipping and Processing

• Processing time is 7-12 business days (M-F) due to each item being blessed and/or made individually

by Empress Chan. Please take this into consideration before emailing for an update. 

• You will receive a USPS tracking number via email/text during processing time. 
- Priority Shipping is 1-3 business days. 
- First Class Shipping 1-5 business days

Return Policy

All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first contact us within 2 days of receiving the item(s) to alert us of the damage with a photo.
  • If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (Order#).

Lost Packages

Empress Chan (empresschan.com) is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Empress Chan (empresschan.com) will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
