When will I receive my order?

Why didn't I receive an order confirmation?

You did not enter an email address or you had a typo. We can provide the order number if needed, however, you will receive text alerts if you signed up for text alerts.

I received a tracking number but it hasn’t been updated. What do I do?

Check the tracking number 2-3 business days after shipment date.

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

Please review "Shipping/Review" tab.

My package came damaged. What do I do?

Oh no! We will make it right. Please send a photo of your item to empresschan333@icloud.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will reach out to you with next steps.

My local post office lost my package. What do I do?

Contact your post office and open a missing package case. They will inform you on the wait time. Contact us with case number once your case is closed if it was not resolved by your post office. Please note blessings will be reversed on lost items.

Why was my order returned? / I provided the wrong address?

Your order was returned due to the incorrect address or the post office. Please see your tracking details. If the shipping error is due to providing the wrong address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs which is usually $6.00.

When will I receive my reading?

Before you completed your payment you agreed to a specific week to receive your order. You will receive your reading during this time. Please refer back to your order confirmation.

When is the next restock?

Restock days are every Saturday at 11:11AM CST. Follow us on Facebook (Empress Chan LLC) for exlusive restock alerts, promotions, and special access events.

How do I use the bracelets?

I cleanse and bless each bracelet. They are kept in a sacred room. I cleanse my bracelets with SELENITE ONLY. You can place them by a selenite rose crystal or on the cleansing plates that I sell. To boost the energy or charge them, set them out under a full moon or the sun.

Left wrist if preferred but both are just fine. Wear what is needed…for example I wake up and ask myself “How am I feeling today?”. If I need confidence, I’m going to wear the Empress bracelet, the Rose Quartz, or the Goddess bracelet… If I want desire money or good news surrounding money, I’m going to wear the aventurine or pyrite bracelet… It is okay to wear all bracelets at once.

If your bracelet breaks that it has either served its purpose OR it has been wet (moisture can weaken the string) or you may have been too rough. For this reason PLEASE do not shower, exercise (sweat), sleep, or do any other activities to cause them to get wet or cause friction. Refunds or replacements are not given for broken bracelets unless it ARRIVES broken. This requires a photo in packaging of damaged bracelets within 48 hours of delivery. How do I use other products?

I sent an email but I have not received a response. What do I do?

Business days are Monday-Friday. We are closed on all major holidays.

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the product weight and your shipping location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.

How can I enter a ritual?

Rituals entries are only on our Facebook page. Click Facebook logo at the bottom of this page.

Some one reached out to me offering me a reading. Is it you?

NO! Please do not let them scam you. We will never reach out to customers. Simply report the page. There is no need to contact us regarding scammers.

I was scammed and sent money to someone pretending to be you. Can you help?

We are so sorry this happened to you. Unfortunately, thats is out of our control. Please report to your financial institution and report the page.

What are your social media accounts?

Empress Chan has ONE personal page and ONE back up page that is only used when her page is locked due to false reports from competitors. When this happen a notice will be provided on the business social media pages. Empress Chans's social media accounts are linked at the bottom of this page.

Do you do promos for products and services?
